• Passed the telc German B2 examination with a good grade on 16 April 2026. Yay!

  • Completed my first-author paper from the Retreat project (submitted to the March ARR cycle). A lot of stress, especially at the submission time.

  • Three months into my second postdoctoral position at Technische Universität Nürnberg, I am still adjusting to a new institutional environment. The main positive development has been my involvement in the RISS CoRE project, where I provide NLP support, as well as the opportunity to work with technically strong colleagues. At the same time, the role has offered fewer opportunities for scientific collaboration than I had anticipated. It has also exposed me to organizational practices and communication styles that differ considerably from my previous experience, prompting reflection on the kind of research environment in which I do my best work.
